Verisure is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce & Analytics) in London with a hybrid work model. You will shape Salesforce usage, develop dashboards, and partner with leadership to inform data-driven decisions across the sales function.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CRM/sales data, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and excellent communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the ongoing optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Analyse the activity and work efficiency of our sales department for stakeholders of all levels including Senior Management.
• Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams in the continuous development of Salesforce.
• Lead testing and quality assurance for the development of new solutions/features.
