Job summary

BOSS ERP Consulting is recruiting a Salesforce Administrator Lead for a client's commercial team to oversee Salesforce admin across Sales, Service, and Agent Cloud. You will own data governance, master data structures, and ensure data integrity and accessibility across CRM/ERP systems.

You will lead the CRM data domain, drive governance, and collaborate with Technology, Transformation, and stakeholder teams to enable data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration and data governance.
• Ability to lead and mentor a CRM data team and stakeholders.
• Experience in defining data governance frameworks and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Salesforce platform administration including user access and data management.
• Lead the Salesforce Administration team, providing leadership and capability building.
• Partner with Technology, Transformation and development teams to evolve the platform.
• Define and govern customer master data and data governance frameworks.
• Lead design and alignment of CRM and ERP master data across systems.
• Monitor and improve data quality with regular reviews and lifecycle management.
• Act as escalation point for data governance issues and root cause analysis.
• Enable data-driven decisions with timely access to insights.
• Deliver training to strengthen data literacy and stewardship.
• Document administrative processes and promote compliant system usage.
• Collaborate to support scalability and analytical maturity.
