Corpay Cross Border in London seeks a Hands-on Lead Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce CRM platform, balancing BAU support with long-term improvements. You will drive governance, design, and alignment with business needs, coordinating across teams and suppliers while maintaining security and performance.

You will report to the Head of Engineering, collaborating with stakeholders across Alpha to deliver scalable, trusted Salesforce solutions and a robust deployment process.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on administering Salesforce CRM with ownership of a complex environment.
• Strong Flow and declarative automation expertise for scalable solutions.
• Deep knowledge of data security, access control, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and functional stewardship of Salesforce CRM across BAU and changes.
• Lead solution design translating requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Shape roadmap and backlog, provide technical direction and review through delivery.
