Job summary

Alpha International is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own and optimise the Salesforce ecosystem and connected systems. You will work with the Head of CRM to translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions and ensure users gain real value from the tools.

You will manage data quality, integrations, reporting, and user support, while championing best practices and continuous improvement across Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, FormAssembly, and Conga.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience administering Salesforce in an organisation with multiple connected systems and integrations.
• Track record of working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with connected tools such as Form Assembly, Conga, and Campaign Monitor is a nice‑to‑have, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, and related systems, managing users, permissions, security, and access controls.
• Oversee data governance, retention, and platform compliance standards.
• Monitor platform performance and maintain configuration best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including automation, objects, and layouts.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and provide technical design input.
• Administer integrations with finance, fundraising, events, giving, and communications systems.
• Support change management activities and user adoption through training and documentation.
