Job summary

AFL is seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Application Manager to lead Enterprise CRM capabilities across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, directing a team of admins, analysts, and developers to design, plan, deliver, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce or CRM application experience.
• 2–5 years of Sales Operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership and team management experience.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service; Revenue Cloud a major plus.
• Strong knowledge of integrations and data architecture.
• Experience in enterprise/global environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define CRM strategy, roadmap, and align with enterprise priorities.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Manage intake, backlog, and delivery of enhancements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across levels and teams.
• Oversee CPQ and Revenue Cloud configuration and pricing rules.
• Drive change management and user adoption through training.
