ADP is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead regional talent strategy for Europe, with global support as needed. You will drive full lifecycle recruitment, partner with leaders and HR, manage pipelines, and shape employer branding across ADP's platforms.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated success recruiting in volume and specialist roles in a consultative setting.
• Experience applying behavioural interviewing and structured assessments.
• Experience with recruitment tech including ATS, CRM, social media and video interviewing.
• Expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of diversity hiring tools and practices.
• Knowledge of local employment law.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence, lead projects and deliver results.
• Strong business acumen and use of data insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to build talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support hiring needs across core sales and marketing functions for Europe, with global support where needed.
• Coordinate strategic hiring projects across divisions, regions and TA teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, providing market insights and stakeholder partnership.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for assigned client groups, including engagement, assessment, interviews, offers and closure.
• Develop partnerships with managers, HR, operations and support functions.
• Maintain active pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead behavioural interviews and maintain licensing status to hire.
• Execute employer branding initiatives across ADP Careers and social media.
• Leverage data, market intelligence to deliver effective talent strategies.
• Deliver measurable hiring outcomes with process discipline and quality data.
• Manage internal applicant and employee referrals with a positive process.
