Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a well-established Leicester client. This full-time, permanent role supports external stakeholders, provides quotations to commercial and volume customers, and handles sales order processing including pricing and delivery dates.

You will maintain supplier relationships, manage customer inquiries, monitor SLA performance, coordinate with operations on delays, and support the manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous extensive experience in a senior customer service role is essential.
• Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with suppliers regarding purchasing and forecasting.
• Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Process sales orders including pricing, shipment dates and delivery.
• Liaise with operations on delayed orders and keep customers updated.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on SLA performance.
• Coordinate invoice queries and ensure timely processing.
• Assist the manager as needed and step in when required.
