Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for complex Sales roles across EMEA, with a focus on the DACH region. You will partner with Sales leaders, build proactive pipelines, and use data-driven sourcing strategies to shape hiring decisions.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools while maintaining strong candidate relationships and a superior hiring experience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting Enterprise Software, SaaS or technology sales talent across EMEA.
Ability to identify passive candidates and build pipelines.
Partner with senior Sales leaders to translate requirements into hiring decisions.
Comfort owning complex searches and coordinating multiple markets.
Use data and technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
Build strong candidate relationships across the funnel.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for complex Sales roles across EMEA, with a focus on DACH.
Partner with Sales leaders as a trusted talent advisor using market intelligence and data.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical Sales roles.
Design targeted sourcing strategies and talent-mapping activities.
Use recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and efficiency.
Analyze pipeline and market data to identify hiring risks and solutions.
Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
