Databricks is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment in the EMEA region for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams. You will craft practical and creative ways to identify top talent, engage passive candidates, and use data to benchmark and target recruitment strategies in partnership with leadership.

This is a fixed-term 12-month role with potential for extension, reporting to the Manager, EMEA Talent Acquisition.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, from entry to director level in software/AI.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders with data.
• Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets and navigating local nuances.

Responsabilidades

• Develop practical and creative strategies to identify leading talent for Field Engineering & Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Build engaged talent pipelines across Field Engineering in EMEA for ongoing hiring needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to Field Engineering leaders across EMEA—lead intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers.
• Create closing approaches using market data to manage partner expectations.
