You will build talent pipelines across Field Engineering, run intake sessions with leaders, and use market data to close roles, while ensuring a positive interview experience and advancing diversity in hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market professionals from entry to Director in software.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data rather than opinions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EM EA markets with local nuances.
• Track record scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company.
• Mentoring colleagues and sharing recruiting knowledge within teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own full-cycle hiring strategies for Field Engineering roles.
• Develop engaged pipelines across EMEA to meet hiring needs.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering leaders.
• Provide market data to set expectations and close candidates.
• Drive workforce planning with data-backed forecasting.
• Ensure a positive interview experience and improve DEI in hiring.
