Language Business in London is seeking a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle for DACH markets, focusing on technology and life sciences sectors. You will build client relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CRM systems.

Both German and English fluency are essential, along with a proven track record in recruitment and strong business development.

• Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000 - £100,000+)

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their London office.

This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll recruit for specialist positions across Germany and Switzerland, working closely with clients and candidates while developing your own market within the thriving Technology and Life Sciences sectors.

Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to further specialise in the DACH market, you'll receive excellent training, ongoing support and uncapped earning potential.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Previous recruitment experience (any industry or sector)
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle or 360 recruitment process
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results
• Ability to build trust with both clients and candidates
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Switzerland
