Job summary

Language Business in London is seeking a German-speaking Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle for DACH markets, focusing on technology and life sciences sectors. You will build client relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CRM systems.

Both German and English fluency are essential, along with a proven track record in recruitment and strong business development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360).
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time management.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to successful placements.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
• Source, headhunt and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM databases and networking.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency interviews and qualification calls.
• Manage the complete interview process from scheduling through to offer management.
• Negotiate offers, salaries and placement terms.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing client accounts.
• Advertise vacancies and create engaging recruitment campaigns.
• Build your professional brand through LinkedIn and social media.
• Attend client meetings and recruitment visits across Europe.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and recruitment targets.
