Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

An independent estate agency in the Salisbury area is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister with at least three years' experience, ideally with an interest in rural, agricultural or equestrian property and the motivation to win new business.

• Negotiating property sales and managing buyer enquiries from initial contact through to agreed sale
• Canvassing for new business and proactively winning property instructions
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers, landowners and other contacts within the rural and equestrian sectors
• Developing creative approaches to generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
• Managing office-based sales administration, maintaining accurate records and following up on prospective clients
• Supporting the wider running and development of the office, with potential to take on additional management responsibilities
