Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential estate agency, especially as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Lister.
• Strong track record of winning new instructions and generating business.
• Experience carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on pricing/marketing.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently.

This role would suit an ambitious property professional with excellent sales skills, strong local market knowledge and a proven ability to win new instructions.

Salary: OTE £70k per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

You will play a key role in generating new business, carrying out property valuations, securing instructions and negotiating successful sales.
