Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and initiative to generate opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales and manage buyer enquiries from initial contact to agreed sale.
• Canvass for new business and proactively win property instructions.
• Build relationships with vendors, buyers, landowners and contacts in the rural/equestrian sectors.
• Develop creative approaches to generating leads and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage office-based sales administration, with accurate records and follow-ups.
• Support the office, with potential to take on additional management responsibilities.
