Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister to help establish and grow a residential lettings division in Ascot. You will generate landlord instructions, carry out valuations and build a robust client base to drive growth.

The role offers an attractive commission structure, autonomy to develop your own pipeline, and potential for progression as the division expands in the Ascot area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior role.
• Strong track record of winning landlord instructions and generating business.
• Experience carrying out rental valuations and advising landlords on rental strategy.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Generating new business opportunities and winning residential lettings instructions from landlords.
• Carrying out rental valuations and providing professional advice on achievable market rents.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, applicants and existing clients.
• Developing a strong pipeline of properties and maximising local lettings opportunities.
• Negotiating offers, progressing tenancies and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Helping establish effective lettings processes and contributing to the future growth of the department.

An expanding property company is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister to help establish and grow its residential lettings business in Ascot. This role would suit an ambitious property professional with strong business development skills and a proven ability to win landlord instructions.

Salary: OTE £60k per annum
