Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment, on behalf of a successful local estate agency in Ascot, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to strengthen market share. The role focuses on generating new business, valuations, securing instructions and negotiating sales.

You will build relationships with vendors and buyers, develop your own pipeline, and contribute to the business's ongoing success with strong earning potential and opportunities for progression.

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Strong track record of winning new instructions and generating business
• Experience carrying out property valuations and advising vendors on marketing strategies
