You will carry out valuations, secure new instructions, manage viewings and progress transactions through to completion, while building strong relationships with vendors and buyers. A professional, proactive approach and strong local knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience with sales and valuations.
• Proven ability to win new instructions and grow the sales portfolio.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of the local Dorset property market and processes.

Salary: OTE £50k

This role combines property valuations, business generation and sales negotiation, offering the chance to build strong relationships with vendors and buyers while managing transactions through to completion. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and confident securing new instructions and achieving sales targets.

• Managing buyer enquiries, arranging viewings and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results
• Providing accurate market advice and recommending effective property marketing strategies
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and keeping property records and applicant details up to date
• Progressing agreed sales, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties through to completion

• Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Lister level
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Confident property valuation, sales and negotiation skills

• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
