Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is expanding its residential lettings division and seeks a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister to establish and grow the business in Ascot. This role focuses on winning landlord instructions, valuing properties, and building lasting landlord/tenant relationships.

You will own the local market, drive new business, and have strong career progression potential within a growing lettings team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Lister role.
• Strong track record of winning new landlord instructions and generating business.
• Experience carrying out rental valuations and advising landlords on rental strategy.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to play a key role in developing a growing lettings business.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities and winning residential lettings instructions from landlords.
• Carrying out rental valuations and providing professional advice on achievable market rents.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, applicants and existing clients.
