Rayner Personnel LTD in Sheringham is recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established independent estate agency serving North Norfolk. You will manage and progress residential sales from offer to completion, conduct viewings, and build relationships with vendors and buyers, delivering a high level of customer service.

The role requires a proven track record in residential estate agency, strong communication and negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Managing and progressing residential property sales from offer through to completion
• Conducting property viewings and providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers

• Negotiating offers and working towards achieving the best possible outcome for clients
• Maintaining regular communication with vendors and providing updates throughout the sales process
• Carrying out applicant qualification and matching buyers to suitable properties
• Generating and following up sales leads and enquiries
• Supporting the wider branch team to achieve individual and office targets
• Providing a consistently high level of customer service
• Ensuring properties are accurately presented and marketed effectively

Our client has built an excellent reputation within the local property market and is known for providing a professional, personable and highly knowledgeable service to its customers. Due to continued success, they are now looking to strengthen the team with an ambitious and motivated property professional.

The Opportunity

Based in the agency's Sheringham office, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the sales operation, working with buyers and sellers throughout the property journey.

You will be confident dealing with clients, buyers and vendors, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have a genuine passion for property.

For the Senior Sales Negotiator level, our client is looking for someone with a proven track record within residential sales who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and the ability to consistently achieve results.
