Gcb in Sheringham, North Norfolk, is seeking a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency. You will register applicants, arrange viewings, build client relationships and drive negotiations to completion.

The role offers opportunities to develop a quality property portfolio, work towards branch targets, and provide expert market insights while delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within residential estate agency.
• Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and target-driven approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the North Norfolk property market advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
