Job Description for Senior Sales Consultant

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Consultant will focus on expanding the property register by securing instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximize branch profit. The role requires building excellent rapport with clients to deliver a first-class experience. You will be part of a motivated, target-driven team.

Duties include:
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, arranging viewings, and registering applicants
  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Developing new business and establishing local community networks
  • Communicating effectively between clients and vendors
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing detailed property information and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Managing property sales from viewing to closing
  • Supporting branch management with miscellaneous tasks
Skills Required:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven record of securing new business
  • Experience in listing and valuation
  • Excellent sales skills
  • High customer service standards
  • Effective telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills
