Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, providing honest and transparent advice.
  • Viewings & Sales: Arrange and conduct property viewings, prepare detailed sales particulars, and oversee the sales process from start to finish.
  • Compliance & Marketing: Ensure all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is met and assist with marketing efforts to showcase our properties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to drive success and innovation in our agency.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and other standard office tools.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and a polished, professional presentation.
  • A “can-do” attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.

  • Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.15 pm
  • Alternating Saturdays (hours variable)
  • Weekend availability required
