Senior Sales Negotiator - £30K Basic salary plus commission - Birmingham City Centre

Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for the next exciting step in your career, with real progression potential towards Sales Manager?

We are working with a well-established, independent estate agency based in Birmingham City Centre, renowned for their strong market presence and impressive property portfolio. They’re seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
2. Registering and qualifying buyers
3. Providing regular feedback to vendors and maintaining strong client relationships
4. Liaising effectively with both buyers and vendors throughout the sales process
5. Booking valuations and supporting the listings team
6. Promoting mortgage and solicitor referral services
7. Actively contributing to a positive team environment
