An exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator has become available at our Stourbridge branch, providing excellent customer service skills to our trade and retail customers.

Person & Skills

The successful candidates should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have extensive Construction Industry knowledge with experience in selling Heavyside building materials, as well as a proven sales track record and the ability to converse and negotiate at all levels.

Key Tasks

1. Support the Branch Manager with sales and marketing
2. Support the Branch Manager with management duties as and when required
3. Identify and maximise business opportunities
4. Building and improving trading relationships with customers / suppliers
5. Selling building materials profitability to trade and retail
6. Ensuring the highest standards of service to the customer
7. Showing awareness for all new sales opportunities
8. Providing support for new accounts
9. Support with new product initiatives
10. Health & Safety awareness
