Responsibilities

• Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agent in Newcastle-under-Lyme Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
