Job summary

Spicerhaart in Crewe is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to liaise with vendors and buyers, arrange viewings, and negotiate sales. You will develop strong client relationships and market properties to generate new and repeat business, including canvassing and door-to-door activity.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
