Join butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. Learn the skills to succeed in estate agency with full training, uncapped earning potential and clear progression.

You will work full-time with a schedule from 8:30am–6pm (Mon–Fri) and 9am–5pm on Saturdays, earning £30,000 OTE per year plus commissions. Additional benefits include generous leave, funded training, and career progression through the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, plus a pension

As a Sales Negotiator at butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme, you will receive:

• £30000OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
