Opportunity: Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer at Bristol Estate Agency

Join one of Bristol's top estate agencies in their vibrant Clifton office. As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. An enthusiastic, charismatic personality, along with strong knowledge of the local property market, is essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies aligned with company goals
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  3. Stay updated on market trends to maintain competitiveness
  4. Manage the full sales process, ensuring a seamless client experience
  5. Conduct viewings, advise clients, negotiate offers, and coordinate with the sales progression team
  6. Position Clifton as an attractive area, selling lifestyle and opportunities
  7. Collaborate with developers, lettings, and new homes teams to generate new business
  8. Cross-sell mortgage and financial services for a seamless sales journey
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within property
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Bristol’s property market and confident valuation skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, results-driven
  • Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
