Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

• Up to £29,000 basic salary dependent on experience
• £35,000 - £40,000 OTE (uncapped)

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
• Pitch for new business
• Market new stock on all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree buyer offers
• Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• 12 months' experience in residential sales is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
