A fantastic opportunity is now available for a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer looking to progress their career into management, to join one of Cardiff's most respected independent agents.

• Support with further qualifications
• Book and conduct valuations, ensuring a strong first impression to secure instructions
• Provide honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers
• Support and guide junior team members
• Contribute to and be aware of KPIs and targets
• Register applicants and attend viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Assist with sales progression when required
• Minimum of 18 months previous estate agency experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in valuation, or experience as a branch reserve valuer, with a desire to build knowledge
• Aspiring to reach managerial level
• Solid IT skills and experience with estate agency CRM systems
• Excellent negotiation skills and sales ability
• Well spoken and well presented
• Target-driven and ambitious
• Excellent organisational skills and punctuality
• Driving licence and own vehicle required
