Charles Tyrwhitt in Bristol is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join our store team. You will work with management to deliver exceptional customer service, manage opening and closing duties, and contribute to high standards of service and store presentation.

The role targets someone with key holder experience, a proactive attitude and the ability to hit sales targets while upholding safety and visual merchandising standards. You\'ll train junior staff and help manage deliveries and stock.

• Retail experience or customer-facing role required.
• Key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as required and support store management.
• Provide expert product knowledge to customers and promote promotions.
• Independently handle customer and wedding appointments.
• Assist with coaching and training Sales Assistants.
• Maximise sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards.
