Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Jermyn Street flagship store. The role is 24 hours per week with overtime opportunities, requiring flexibility across weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, maximise sales and KPIs, and stay knowledgeable on current ranges and promotions. You will also support stock tasks, VM standards and team collaboration to drive store success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
• Strong enthusiasm, drive and motivation to meet KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently alone while supporting the team.
• Capable of building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
• Gain product knowledge and stay up to date with store ranges and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure store success.
• Perform stock tasks: stock checks, replenishment, and deliveries.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards in line with VM and Health & Safety guidelines.
