Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its iconic Jermyn Street flagship in London. You will drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional service while supporting commercial and operational store success.

You will train staff on CT standards, utilise store tools and training resources, and nurture a positive team culture. The role includes reporting, stock management, and ensuring health & safety compliance in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Ability to lead, inspire and drive high standards.
• Coaching and leadership skills; strong commercial sense.
• Stock control and loss prevention experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and store systems.
• Strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI performance to exceed targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop the store team.
• Lead and mentor colleagues to deliver CT service and selling standards.
• Analyse data, manage stock and control store costs.
• Support HR, health & safety and compliance in-store.
