Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Supervisor for our Ludgate store to lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will develop colleagues, coach on CT product knowledge, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail position at Supervisor level is essential for this role.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
• Experience in managing stock, operations and visual merchandising is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise customer service while achieving excellent sales results.
• Experience with coaching and training individual KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPI while delivering first-class customer service.
• Train the sales team and encourage use of staff training tools to develop the best version of themselves.
• Assist with handling operational, compliance and admin tasks to ensure smooth daily store running.
