- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, identifying shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring issues are raised for resolution in line with Group aims and objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy of all sales-related documentation to ensure compliance with Group procedures and industry best practice.
- Support the sale of new properties effectively and efficiently to optimise returns on investment in new housing to meet the Group's development programme.
- Provide advice and guidance to improve understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and environmentally sustainable new homes and communities.
- Manage recruitment, performance, and development of staff to build strong teams capable of delivering in line with business needs and individual responsibilities.

- Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Manager
- Purpose: Provide accurate and timely sales activity information for reporting and support the finance team.
- Scope: Working outside normal hours, office-based.
- Summary: Ensure understanding and adherence to health & safety and equality & diversity responsibilities. Responsible for delivering cost-effective sales of new build properties within the Group’s development programme.
- Key Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing and developing sales processes, coordinate with legal services, conduct market research, analyze data, and support strategic initiatives.

This role involves flexible working hours, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. The role sits within the Development department, responsible for delivering affordable housing, market sale, grant-funded, and regeneration projects across the UK.
