What you will do

We are seeking a VRF HVAC Senior Sales Executive to join our Building Technologies and Solutions business. The role focuses on VRF, Chiller, and Heat Pump sales targeting end users, specification/consultant markets, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You will promote innovative products to differentiate JCI services and expand existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities. Your goal is to identify and pursue product-driven opportunities within the HVAC sector to foster profitable growth and implement strategic plans to enhance our brand's presence.

How you will do it

As a VRF Senior Sales Executive, you will work independently with a customer-focused approach. You will understand your customer base, align their needs with our services, and build relationships to grow your portfolio. Your exceptional communication skills will help present JCI positively and expand our business. Your sales experience will enable you to identify new customers and sales opportunities within your region.

What we look for
  • Previous experience in VRF, Chiller, or Heat Pump HVAC industry (Engineer or Sales)
  • Technical knowledge at degree level or equivalent
  • Proven success in creating new accounts and expanding existing clients
  • Strong communication skills and experience in developing sales in a commercial environment
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Preferred:

  • Sales experience within the VRF market
  • Knowledge of leading HVAC brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, etc.
  • Location preference for Midlands or South, but not essential
