Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Director – Sales to lead the MTDC Key Account team across the UK and wider EMEA region. You will drive growth and profitability, engaging with customers, consultants and contractors to deliver end-to-end data centre solutions.

You will lead the Architects, Engineers and Contractors programme, build strategic relationships and develop compelling bids and proposals. This is a senior, outside-sales leadership role based in Uxbridge with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years in sales roles within data centre/tech sectors.
• 5+ years leading teams or strategic accounts at national/regional level.
• Strong knowledge of data centre industry and market dynamics.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTDC Key Account team to drive growth, profitability and customer engagement in UK/EMEA.
• Execute Architects, Engineers and Contractors programme across lifecycle stages.
• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and account plans.
• Build relationships with major stakeholders including consultants, contractors and partners.
• Travel approximately 25–50% as required to cover UK and EMEA regions.
