Job summary

Clear. in London is seeking a Director – Sales to lead Hyperscale key accounts across the EMEA region, driving strategy, growth, profitability, and customer engagement.

You will support the AEC program with engagement across the data centre project lifecycle and align with customers, consultants, contractors, partners, regional teams, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong commercial leadership, stakeholder engagement, and creative latitude.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related industry professional sales
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 25% - 50%
• Excellent time management and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Sell Data Center solutions and services across a defined territory.
• Position services for design, end-to-end project deployment, product enhancement, and rack & roll.
• Build partnerships across Business Units and work internally in a fast-paced sales team.
• Develop business partner relations with strategic vendors/alliance partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post-sale issues.
• Utilize sales management tools for planning, supplier planning, and documenting opportunities.
• Forecasts sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers.
• Establish and expand supplier relationships.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying current with market trends and competitors.
