NES Fircroft, a global engineering and technical recruitment specialist, seeks a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead Data Centre recruitment across Europe from Manchester, hybrid working. You will own the desk, build client relationships, and deliver technical talent for contract and permanent roles in a fast‑growing sector.

The role offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission and opportunities for market leadership within NES Fircroft’s Data Centre vertical.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract or permanent recruitment within technical, engineering or infrastructure markets.
• Experience recruiting Data Centres is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Specialist Market by building your Data Centre recruitment desk across Europe.
• Identify, engage and place engineering and technical professionals across contract roles.
• Utilise advanced sourcing strategies and market mapping to engage niche talent.
• Build long‑term talent networks and pipelines for current and future hiring demand.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients through consultative engagement and meetings.
• Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage multiple live vacancies, candidate pipelines and client relationships.
• Support growth of NES Fircroft's Data Centre capability through market intelligence.
