Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Mechanical Director to lead the Data Centre CA team across the UK and EMEA, delivering multi-disciplinary services for hyperscale and colocation projects. You will interface with clients, manage design delivery and risk, and drive growth in a fast-expanding sector.

This leadership role requires a Chartered Engineer with extensive data centre experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire a global engineering community across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong career background in delivering Mechanical or Electrical project work across Data Centres and Mission Critical Environments.
• Proven experience leading DC project work streams in the UK and across EMEA.
• Demonstrable client facing and work winning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Centre CA team across the region.
• Provide multi-discipline, site-based teams with office-based design support.
• Ensure delivery of Mechanical services across projects on time and to budget.
