Corpay is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join the Sales & Data Transformation team. The position can be based in London, Swindon or Knaresborough, reporting to the Head of Sales Analytics. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and BI to drive data-led decisions and improve sales performance.

You will deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, investigate trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and business owners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to connect data, business context, and commercial performance.
• Proven experience translating sales or commercial analysis into recommendations, business cases, and measurable actions.
• Strong business acumen and opportunity-sizing capability.
• Self-starter with ownership, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to explain analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and intermediate SQL.
• Tableau/Power BI skills; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly sales performance reporting with clear interpretation and actions.
• Monitor full funnel performance; identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities; size issues and translate analysis into recommendations.
• Review and optimise funnel measurement and ensure reporting reflects latest business activities.
• Support the annual budget and planning process to build and validate sales forecast models.
• Partner with BI team to strengthen analytics foundations, including KPI definitions and data quality.
• Track agreed actions after implementation and escalate when results are not on track.
• Lead ad hoc analyses prioritised by commercial impact and urgency.
