Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in Knaresborough seeks a Sales Analyst to turn sales data into clear reporting, insight, and actions that support commercial decisions and performance.

You will develop analytical capability across Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL, aiding leaders to improve activity, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and results. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive insights and improvements in reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and charts.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management.
• Foundational knowledge of Tableau and SQL with willingness to develop further.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reporting for teams and leaders.
• Clean, analyze, and present data in Excel using formulas and charts.
• Support creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Help sales teams use CRM data for pipeline, activity, and performance management.
• Use Tableau and basic SQL to explore data and answer commercial questions.
• Identify trends and data quality issues; suggest process improvements.
