Job summary

Xero in London is seeking a Senior BI/Analytics Lead to own regional data strategy for the UK, guiding sales with data-driven insights and strategic analytics.

You will design dashboards using Tableau, leverage Snowflake and dbt, and collaborate with Finance and Product to influence decisions. Roles sits in London with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as the BI/Analytics Lead for the UK region and strategic intelligence hub for sales teams.
  • Turn complex sales data into actionable guidance to improve performance.
  • Develop and execute a regional analytics roadmap to support strategic decisions and sales performance.
  • Build a suite of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and modern BI tools.
  • Innovate with Snowflake, dbt, and integration of AI/Data Science in the stack.
  • Partner with Finance and Product to align priorities and drive key company decisions.

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
