Job description

Senior Sales Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Administrator covering the Wandsworth, Belgravia, and Earls Court offices.


Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a proven track record of success in marketing at both national and international levels, with over half of our business generated through referrals and recommendations. Trusted for generations, we have specialized in selling residential property in London and the South of England for 150 years.


About the role:

The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • The smooth running of all sales administration duties.
  • The preparation of correspondence, sales brochures, window cards, advertising copy, and accounts.
  • Ensuring the offices are appropriately stocked with stationery and brochures.
  • Conducting anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and ensuring compliance with all the latest legislation.

Skills and experience:

The successful Sales Administrator will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an administrative setting.
  • Smartly presented and capable of handling a public-facing role, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring nothing is missed, and all electronic files are well-organized.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy.
