Job summary

Rithum is building a leading commerce network and seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to design and deliver scalable technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will own complex onboarding initiatives, guide discovery, and mentor a team to ensure successful delivery across strategic accounts.

You will leverage APIs, data feeds, and AI-assisted processes to optimize implementation, training, and ongoing client success while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with product data feeds formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP.
• Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients.
• Own the technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects, customizing solutions to meet unique business requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues related to software, data feeds, APIs, and FTP.
• Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Develop technical enablement resources to support onboarding at scale.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of high-risk client situations and ensure proactive resolution.
