Job summary

Rithum, a connected commerce operations platform, seeks a Product Manager - Technical to translate business needs into technical requirements for data, APIs, and automation workflows.

You’ll own technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; drive end-to-end roadmap and release readiness; coordinate intake and triage for enhancements; monitor platform risk and perform gap analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical product management or project leadership.
• Able to read API documentation and understand REST concepts/webhooks.
• Able to translate ambiguous requests into structured, actionable requirements.
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Own technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
