Job summary

Samsara in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead deployments for large-scale customers, delivering fast time to value. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role with Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 4+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• 4+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with executives and product/engineering leaders.
• Passion for going above and beyond, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Own the project management including project plans, RAID logs and governance meetings.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process.
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
