Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies in London is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead a portfolio of OnDemand and OnPrem accounts, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, mentor junior managers, and help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of functional and technical SaaS experience.
• Proven ability to maintain strong customer relationships and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of OnDemand and OnPrem accounts as primary contact.
• Drive renewal, expansion, and successful software adoption across customer segments.
• Collaborate with CS engineers and partner teams to deliver value and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior Customer Success Managers and manage governance with customers.
