Job summary

Mention Me Ltd. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with marquee accounts. You will serve as trusted advisor, guide organisations through changes in marketing, customer acquisition and advocacy, and ensure value realization across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

You will predominantly work on-site with clients, travel extensively within the UK and internationally, and lead executive reviews to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Management Consulting role, with a minimum of 3 years working exclusively with strategic accounts.
• Proven experience building and managing executive-level relationships within large, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale relationship with enterprise accounts and act as executive sponsor.
• Lead cross-functional programmes and navigate complex organisations.
• Manage renewals, expansions, and negotiate multi-year contracts.
• Lead onboarding and define tailored Success Plans with measurable KPIs.
• Represent customer perspective to influence product roadmaps and pricing.
